Biography
Life changes and a job opportunity brought me to Winslow from Southeastern Idaho in 2000. I had no idea how long I'd be here, and nearly 20 years later I'm still here. I can't complain, Winslow has been a good place to be these last two decades. Since moving here I've had two daughters who both attend Winslow schools. I came back to the workforce by joining WUSD when my youngest started all-day kindergarten. That has been nearly 8 years ago now! I started as a part-time first grade aide at Jefferson with Cyndie Mattox as my Principal - lucky me! I now work full-time at Washington in the Special Education department. Sal Hernandez is our Principal, Connie Gover is our SpEd Director, and again, lucky me! I've been privileged to work with and for really good people.
