Meet Mrs. Milligan!
Hello! My Name is Mrs. Milligan I graduated from NAU with a Bachelor in Elementary Education and from GCU with a Masters in School Administration. I have two sons, both Graduated from Winslow High School. Each summer I try to travel to see other parts of the country. This summer I traveled to Ireland and Scotland. This will be my 25th year teaching at Washington School. I attended Elementary, Junior High, and High School here in Winslow. I own dogs, birds, chickens, a rabbit, and a horse.
